Associate Director SCM E2E Project Management (m/w/d)

In this role, you’ll be responsible to conceptualise, drive and implement SCM project for our individualized cancer therapies. This role functions as and coordinates cross-functional SCM E2E projects in this context. Your responsibilities are:

 

 

  • Managing cross-functional SCM E2E projects (planning, coordination and surveillance/monitoring)
  • Definition of project scope, task distribution, work packages, resource planning and schedule management
  • Autonomous identification and definition of new projects
  • Early identification of potential project risks and development of risk mitigation strategies
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and regular reporting to relevant control bodies
  • Establishing and continuously adapting project change management


What you have to offer.

 

  • University degree in business administration, supply chain management or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading SCM projects, ideally with a focus on supply chain planning and/or project management
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in conceptualising complex ideas
  • Fluent English and German language skills, both oral and written
