Associate Director* Project Management SAP
As part of the Global SAP Project Management team, you will lead local SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in GMP manufacturing sites. Every rollout of operational and commercial modules will be implemented in close collaboration with the BioNTech core SAP team and according to the SAP template approach. In your role as a project manager, you are leading project teams of more than 30 team members.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Cross-functional planning and coordination of SAP implementation projects
- Lead multiple interdisciplinary teams to ensure reaching project scope and targets
- Establish and ensure efficient communication structures among internal and external project stakeholders and ensure information and content flow between interdisciplinary teams
- Take responsibility to build up and manage the project team in all project phases including design, implementation, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare
- Contribution to content work and hands-on support of subject matter experts in individual work packages and specific areas
- Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX and other legal or regulatory requirements
What you have to offer.
- Experience of working in a regulated industry and ERP rollout knowledge. Computer System Validation experience would be highly beneficial. SAP S/4HANA knowhow is a plus
- Strong technical, analytical, regulatory (GxP) and quantitative skills with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and derive conclusions
- Experience of working in highly cross-functional teams and managing different stakeholder levels and external partners
- Fast perception of new knowledge and efficient problem-solving skills with high personal commitment within a matrix and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Very good English skills, written and orally
