Associate Director* Product Supply Portfolio Management 

 

As an Associate Director* Product Supply Portfolio Management for Individualized Cancer Vaccines you ensure the seamless, efficient management of the poduct supply of personalized cancer vaccines, from biological sample analysis to pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution, by supporting the portfolio management and the product supply team. This position involves strategizing and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality, compliance, and timely delivery of these critical medical products. By overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, the role aims to facilitate the swift availability of individualized treatments to patients, contributing to improved health outcomes and advancing cancer care.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

 

  • Support in the development and implementation of strategies for the product supply, ensure the timely and efficient delivery of individualized cancer vaccines, working closely with portfolio management to align on priorities and resources
  • Coordinate across multifunctional teams involved in the supply of cancer vaccines, including those focused on biological sample analysis, pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and adherence to project timelines
  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the product supply, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance
  • Independently lead smaller, ad hoc projects within the supply chain or manufacturing process, driving innovations or addressing specific challenges to improve the supply and availability of individualized cancer vaccines

 

What you have to offer.

 

  • Strong project management skills. Preferably previous experience in the management of projects in the area of CMC or manufacturing operations
  • Strong processual knowledge and deep understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain
  • University Degree with preferred emphasis in a scientific area, e.g. biotechnology, biology or similar
  • Ability to present complex topics in a clear and structured manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
  • Great communication skills as well as an ability to build sustainable relationships
  • Process oriented, yet flexible. Able to create and drive process while also recognizing when flexibility is needed
