In the position as "Associate Director* PSE Business IT for Clinical Trial Projects" you are responsible for the strategic direction setting, technical design, cross-functional alignment, implementation and run of all IT-systems of the assigned functional solution.
The assigned functional solutions are of cross-functional nature this includes mainly Pharma traceability Solutions, Transportation Management & Tracking, Cross-company business involving internal- and external Supply Chain partners as well as the required master data structure or clinicial study data. Your focus is mainly but not only on individualized pharmaceutical products and clinical trials. You will manage and develope the corresponding team.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Design of requirements in alignment with the Global Process Owner and the Domain System Architect
- Strategic direction setting, roadmap release planning and deployment of the IT-solutions in scope
- Responsible for the application lifecycle management of the assigned SAP or other software modules, management of all changes and validation activities delivered by cross-functional team members and external implementation and service partners
- Responsible for the management of the governance process for the assigned functional area and the alignment of priorities between business, technical organizations and interface partners
- Responsible for the management of the asigned team, talent development, recruiting of new team members, mission development and alignment within the organization and the stakeholders of the organization
What you have to offer:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Business administration, logistics or biological or chemical sciences
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Pharma environment being responsible for IT solutions
- Experience in Clinical Trial Supply Management
- At least 3-5 years of experience in leading employees
- You have the ability to think and work in an interdisciplinary way
- Strong stakeholder management skills to successfully work in cross-functional complex teams and fast-moving environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combining business process and technical content
- You should be able to communicate fluently in German (B2 level) and English
