Wir suchen einen Associate Director Manufacturing, der/die den operativen Produktionsbereich leitet. In dieser Positionbist du verantwortlich für einen effizienten und verlässlichen Ablauf in der Produktion unter Einhaltung der cGMP Anforderungen.

 

Das sind deine Aufgaben: 

  • Leitung eines operativen Produktionsbereichs und Übernahme der Rolle als Leitung der Herstellung
  • Verantwortlich für einen effizienten und verlässlichen Ablauf in der Produktion unter Einhaltung der cGMP Anforderungen
  • Umsetzung eines Lean Konzeptes, um den hohen Durchsatz an Chargen effizient zu gestalten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams im Zuge von Prozessverbesserungen und zur kontinuierlichen Prozessvalidierung
  • Schaffung eines offenen und ehrlichen Produktionsumfelds

 

Das bringst du mit: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von cGMP-Regelungen und -Richtlinien
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Lean-Konzepten
  • Ausgezeichnete Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu analysieren und zu optimieren
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
