In der Rolle als Leitung eines operativen Produktionsbereichs trägst du die Verantwortung für eine effiziente und verlässliche Produktion unter Einhaltung der cGMP-Anforderungen. Mit deinem fundierten Lean-Verständnis gestaltest du Prozesse effizient und kosteneffektiv, während du gleichzeitig die Qualität und Sicherheit gewährleistest. Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Standardisierungen und Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben und mittel- sowie langfristige Ziele zu erreichen.

Dein Beitrag:

• Leitung eines operativen Produktionsbereichs und Übernahme der Funktion als Leitung der Herstellung
• Sicherstellung eines effizienten und verlässlichen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung der cGMP-Anforderungen
• Umsetzung eines Lean-Konzeptes zur Gestaltung einer effizienten und kosteneffektiven Produktion
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen im Rahmen von Standardisierungen, Prozessverbesserungen sowie der Entwicklung von mittel- und langfristigen Zielen in den Bereichen Audit Readiness, Qualität, Sicherheit und Kostenoptimierung
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Entwicklung des Teams

Ein perfektes Match:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich wie Biotechnologie, Pharmazie, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der biotechnologischen oder pharmazeutischen Produktion unter GMP-Bedingungen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden sowie Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Prozessoptimierungen
• Führungserfahrung mit nachweisbarer Kompetenz in der Entwicklung und Motivation von Teams
• Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
