The Enterprise Applications team provides company-wide platforms to ensure operational excellence and scalability, enabling seamless cross-departmental operations. Within this, the Center for Enablement (C4E) Enterprise Service Management (ESM) focuses on making service delivery effortless and connected, ensuring workflows remain invisible to users while improving efficiency. As Associate Director ESM Portfolio & IT Delivery, you will oversee the execution of the ESM roadmap, aligning strategy with technical delivery, unblocking initiatives, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Your role bridges planning and execution, ensuring work flows seamlessly to support the company’s mission of delivering cancer treatments to patients. Your responsibilities are:
- Own the ESM portfolio and roadmap execution, ensuring strategic priorities turn into actionable initiatives that progress effectively.
- Maintain transparency on plans, progress, and blockers, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Define collaboration and delivery models to enable smooth execution between business and IT teams.
- Partner with business and technical leaders to align priorities and execution feasibility.
- Resolve bottlenecks, hold stakeholders accountable, and escalate issues to keep initiatives on track.
- Use data-driven insights to refine priorities and improve delivery outcomes.
- Continuously assess and improve portfolio management practices to enhance efficiency and reduce friction.
What you have to offer.
- Academic degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, management or similar and 7+ years of profound experience in portfolio management, program management, project management or IT strategy execution.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide roadmaps, balancing strategic priorities with execution capacity.
- Experience working in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), ITSM, or ServiceNow portfolio management.
- Strong background in stakeholder management, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
- Experience working with Lean, Agile, or hybrid delivery models to support structured execution.
- Proficiency in tracking portfolio performance, reporting progress, and optimizing delivery frameworks.
- Ability to resolve execution bottlenecks and drive decision-making in large organizations.
- Ability to demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Demonstrate the ability to assess complex situations, prioritize effectively, and align actions with organizational goals.
- Strong communication skills and excellent skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
