Associate Director* E2E Planning 

 

Your main responsibilities are:

 

•    Develop and maintain the E2E Product Supply Strategy and a resilient production network of sites and CMOs and manage demand, supply and utilization (including inventory, logistics and business continuity)
•    Execute governance and overall S&OP to assure demand is accurate and to be build in supply plans and strategies, Develop and maintain the E2E Product Supply Strategy for your assigned product/product family
•    Lead a matrix team across the Supply Chain organization and serves as the primary point of contact for your assigned product/product family for Supply Chain to other areas of the business (clinical & commercial per product phase)
•    Monitor strategic scenarios to proactively identify risks and opportunities; endorse product scenario analysis from the planning teams and allign with cross-functional interfaces
•    Lead continuous improvement projects to drive expanded capabilities, improve the efficiency of existing processes and enable cost reduction


What you have to offer: 

 

•    Successfully completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering or applied science
•    More than 7y working experience in production planning, preferably in the (personalized) pharmaceutical industry (deep knowledge of available QC capacities/regulatory timelines and clinical study demands)
•    Experience in handling complex strategic projects
•    Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on mentality with broad range of working scope
•    Ability to work in dynamic working environment with dynamic targets and expanding processes
•    Fluent German & English skills (written and spoken) as well as affinity for IT, including profound Excel skills and preferably SAP experience
