Associate Director* Compliance & Business Ethics
Your responsibilities are:
- Be the subject matter expert for various Compliance areas such as Conflicts of Interest and External Personnel
- Further develop processes, policies relating to your subject matter expert responsibilities and enable solutions with respect to upcoming requests from business
- Act as a partner for and be responsible for the implementation of the entire Compliance program in your dedicated business area
- Integrate the area of your responsibility to the overall Compliance program and provide support to the Compliance team
What you have to offer.
- 5 years + of professional experience in Compliance & Business Ethics (preferably in the healthcare industry)
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal or similar
- Strong risk perception and solution-oriented
- Pro-actively working in a responsible and independent way
- Trustworthy and diplomatic appearance, high communication skills and team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of English and German verbal and written communication skills
