As Associate Director in our Compliance & Business Ethics department at our location in Mainz, you can expect varied tasks in a dynamic and international environment. 
Within the department, you will specifically be a Compliance Business Partner for one of our most important processes to revolutionize individualized cancer treatment. You will also be responsible for Compliance Monitoring, focusing on ensuring that internal compliance processes comply with applicable regulations, policies and standards. You will conduct ongoing Monitoring, assessments and reporting of Compliance risks.
 

Your tasks:

 

  • Be the Compliance Business Partner for one of our most important processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure polices und procedures align with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular Compliance Monitoring reviews and assessments
  • Identify and report non-compliance issues, providing actionable recommendations
  • Support the development and implementation of Compliance Monitoring plans
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and assist with corrective action follow-ups
  • Integrate the area of your responsibility to the overall Compliance program and provide support to the Compliance team  

 
What you have to offer:

 

  • 5 years + of professional experience in Compliance & Business Ethics (preferably in the healthcare industry)
  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal or similar
  • Strong risk perception and solution-oriented
  • Pro-actively working in a responsible and independent way
  • Trustworthy and diplomatic appearance, high communication skills and team spirit
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German verbal and written communication skills
