Associate Director* AS&T Lifecycle Management
As Associate Director* AS&T Life Cycle Management, you will be making a meaningful contribution to the ongoing product development and regulatory submission (BLA/MAA) of our RNA and Protein-based therapeutic pipeline as part of our Analytics, Science & Technology (AS&T) department.
In this role, you will be responsible to oversee the analytical method lifecycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for method harmonization, improvement, guidance, troubleshooting and regulatory compliance of GMP release methods established at multiple sites
- Lead method technology working groups with SMEs across locations and departments. Facilitate interactions, connect SMEs, and actively manage innovation and implementation strategies for specific technologies
- Lead implementation of network-wide guidances in accordance with the analytical lifecycle management concept and relevant industry guidelines
- Responsible for method transfer and validation strategies as well as method lifecycle activities (e.g. exchange of critical reagents, method performance)
- Provide technical analytical expertise and guidance on laboratory investigations and customer complaints in compliance with GMP standards and in accordance with relevant industry guidelines
- Act as analytical SME with expert knowledge to regulatory filings and questions from health authorities
What you have to offer:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and visionary individual, ideally with the following characteristics:
- An advanced university degree in a scientific discipline (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology)
- Industry experience (5+ years) within analytical development or quality control
- In-depth knowledge in analytical techniques and expertise of RNA and Protein-based therapeutics, ideally from early development until commercialization
- Experience in leading and working in intercultural cross-functional teams
- Structured way of working, ability to understand and break down complex challenges into a plan with associated timelines and interdependencies
- Highly motivated and willingness to work in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment
