Within this exciting position you drive, support, and monitor all activities within Product Supply related to successfully launch BNTs first ADC and subsequent ADCs and mABs and ensure continuous supply of material in commercial and pivotal phase.
Responsibilities:
- Steer and organize all activities within Operations (Manufacturing, Supply-Chain, Quality, Global Technical Development, MSAT & ASAT, QC) to enable a successful launch and continuous product supply
- Develop and continuously update project plans and project reporting for Operations
- Monitor progress according to project plan, identify critical items and mitigate / escalate
- Identify and monitor project risks and support development of mitigation strategies
- Manage interface to other key functions especially CMC/global technical development, Quality and Regulatory as well as Commercial and Regulatory affairs
- Collect and analyze data from various organizations to support development of the supply strategy and strategic business decisions
- Identify gaps and provide options for mitigation
- Prepare decision templates for senior management
- Develop and update dashboards to oversee ADC and mAB projects
We are looking for an enthusiastic, comitted and visionary individual, ideally with the following characteristics:
- Business degree (Master/Diploma), preferably in biology, chemistry, physics, Life Sciences or business administration
- At least 3- 5+ years of professional experience within ADC´s and antibodies in the biotech area
- Proven experience in the management of projects within Product Supply/launches
- Ability to communicate clear and target-oriented with internal stakeholders and interfaces
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, flexible, creative and well-organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial and intercultural mindset with strong project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a highly agile and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, German will be an advantage
