We are seeking a motivated individual to lead a small team of Coordinators and Administrators within our Global Technical Development (GTD) organization.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of skilled professionals to accomplish organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee all coordinative and administrative activities within GTD to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Enable all GTD departments to concentrate on their assignments by providing necessary support and resources
- Act as a central point of contact for incoming requests and assign tasks to team members as per their skills and expertise
- Liaise with other coordinative and administrative functions to stay up-to-date on administrative procedures and processes and ensure consistency
- Provide strategic support and guidance to senior leaders on key initiatives and projects to drive growth and success
- Support the development and implementation of effective strategies to drive organizational change and enhance operational efficiency within GTD
- Take accountability for ensuring that GTD and its members comply with internal quality requirements and regulations and maintain high standards
- Prepare, moderate, and document the content of complex meetings, workshops, and trainings to ensure successful outcomes
- Act as a senior CMC Coordinator for complex tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion
What you have to offer:
- Degree in Administration, Communications, or any other relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role with team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal; German language skills are considered a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Curiosity and affinity to work with new (digital) tools and systems
- Experience in CMC development or a related field and communication with technically oriented personal is a plus
