Director, Project Leader IT Implementation Medical Affairs 

 

Tasks:

 

  • Manage complex technology and/or data-driven projects that include multiple workstreams and multiple stakeholder groups, and demonstrated track record of having successfully delivered these projects on time, budget, and quality
  • Establish own working patterns and bringing structure to projects where there are multiple parties involved and where roles are not always defined from the start
  • Establish and promote an effective project governance structure, incl. efficient stakeholder management and good facilitation skills
  • Conduct financial management of projects and efficiently manage projects towards a budget
  • Monitor workstreams that are applying a full computer system validation (CSV) testing methodology and show awareness of the risks, issues, complications, and activities involved in these processes

 

Requirements:

 

  • 7-8 years project management experience within regulated industries with focus on pharmaceuticals/life sciences/chemicals
  • Extensive experience in managing complex technology and/or data-driven projects, with strong focus on Global Medical Affairs, that include multiple workstreams and multiple stakeholder groups, and demonstrated track record of having successfully delivered these projects in time, budget and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in projects and environments that are unstructured- the individual must be capable of establishing own working patterns and bringing structure to projects where there are multiple parties involved and where roles are not always defined from the start
  • Prior experience working within a validated systems environment (GxP), and an understanding of the challenges and complexities that this can bring to project delivery and timelines
  • Excellent ability and proactive approach to take ownership for and independently drive assigned topics and projects, incl. strong sense of accountability both for own PL role and project deliverables as well as for all project team members
