Associate Director, Business Analyst Clinical Patient & Biostats 


In this position you act as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders to transfer business demands into technological requirements. Builds the connection between business requirements and technology solutions to ensure successful solution implementation focused on the Clinical Patient and Biostats Team. Facilitates (leads if required) the collaboration between DD&I and the RA team, solution vendors, and other supporting functions (e.g., procurement, legal).




  • 5+ years of experience working in or supporting BioStats with proven knowledge of the business processes in the area of BioStats
  • Knowledgeable of systems in the Clinical Patient and Biostats domain
  • Experience supporting/working with a Clinical Data Repository 
  • Experience with business process development and gap analysis, and business process mapping efforts
  • Experience with GxP guidelines, Computer Software Validation (CSV) 




  • Liaise with Clinical Patient and Biostats stakeholders to understand business needs and identify solutions that align to overall business strategies. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
  • Responsible for business systems consulting, planning, prioritization, and implementation of deliverables, including implementations and operations.
  • Document system, functional and business requirements, process documentation (current and to-be) and objectives for Clinical Patient and Biostats initiatives.
  • Support in identification and implementation of new Clinical Patient and Biostats solutions. Work closely with vendor(s) to provide solutions for business use.
  • Support Business Partners and technology portfolio management in development of technology roadmaps
