Associate* (Team Assistant) Administrative Support Global Technical Development 

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team CMC Coordination as Associate. As a team assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to several teams within our Global Technical Development (GTD) organization facilitating smooth operations.

 

 

Your main responsibilities are: 

 

  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including but not limited to scheduling large meetings, managing calendars of senior leaders and organizing files
  • Own and maintain MS Teams channels, ensuring lean files and folder structure
  • Organize electronic tools to support the teams’ productivity
  • Coordinate group travel arrangements, accommodations and events
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and virtual whiteboards
  • Act as the point of contact for administrative inquiries

 

What you have to offer.

 

  • Degree in Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Fluent in both English and German, with strong communication skills in both languages, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
