About the role:
As an Associate CMC Coordination, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operations of our Global Technical Development (GTD) organization. In this role, you will act as an administrator and team assistant, providing essential support to multiple teams. Your contributions will enhance team productivity and ensure efficient coordination across various functions.

Your Contribution:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars for senior leaders, schedule large meetings, and maintain organized files.
- MS Teams Man
- agement: Own and maintain MS Teams channels, ensuring a streamlined file and folder structure.
- Tool Optimization: Organize and maintain electronic tools to support team productivity.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange group travel, accommodations, and events.
- Report and Presentation Preparation: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and virtual whiteboards.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for administrative inquiries and support.
A Good Match:
- Educational Background: Degree in Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
