We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to spearhead critical initiatives that ensure compliance, enhance quality and foster innovation across global and site-specific functions.
In this role, you will lead critical change and transformation projects, e.g. the development and implementation of a comprehensive global Quality Management Review process that integrates both global and site-specific functions on all continents. As the key accountable leader for GMP Quality Assurance, you will drive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and GxP-compliant Change Management processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Change and Transformation Projects:Take ownership of driving critical change and transformation initiatives within the GxP-regulated environment and beyond, e.g. global Quality Management Review
- Ensure Strategic and Tactical Progress: Conduct detailed reviews of strategic and tactical progress on agreed milestones, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with site and global leaders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Oversee Critical Processes for Patient Safety and Product Quality: Manage and oversee key processes that directly impact patient safety and product quality, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and driving initiatives to enhance quality standards on a business and GxP level
- Enable and Support Existing Initiatives: Provide strategic leadership to support ongoing initiatives within the GxP and Quality Assurance landscape, combining strategic oversight with hands-on contributions to ensure impactful outcomes and successful project execution
What you have to offer:
- A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) are a plus
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, GxP compliance and regulatory environments within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of leading large-scale change and transformation projects
- Strong strategic leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams across global and site-specific functions
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, QMS, and GxP regulations as well as experience with Change Management processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects and drive data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, also being able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A hands-on approach combined with the ability to navigate strategic challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
