Associate Director, Senior Data Analyst DD&I (Regulatory) 

 

Tasks:
 

  • Liaise with Regulatory/Safety teams to understand business needs around data & data management and identify solutions that align to overall business, data governance & IT strategies
  • Responsible for business systems consulting, planning, prioritization, and implementation of deliverables, including implementations and operations.
  • SME for data activities for the Regulatory/Safety system(s), enhancements, and integration projects. Coordinates support activities across vendor(s). Systems include but are not limited to Veeva & Cara.
  • Establish and promote an effective data governance structure, incl. efficient stakeholder management and good facilitation skills
  • Manage GxP Computer System Validation activities for DDI, including alignment with Validation & Quality stakeholders, implementation, validation & transition into maintenance.

 

Requirements:
 

  • At least 8-10 years of experience, with 5+ years of experience working in or supporting Regulatory/Safety data /Data Management
  • Strong experience with business process development and gap analysis, and business process mapping efforts. Prior experience in Data management/data governance highly beneficial
     
  • Extensive experience/knowledge of technologies and trends including Visualizations/ Advanced Analytics/ Data Management
  • Excellent ability to understand complex functional requirements/requests from business users translate them into pragmatic and workable (technology) solutions.
  • Solid experience working within a validated systems environment (GxP), and an understanding of the challenges and complexities that this can bring to project delivery and timelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in the team, with vendors and business clients to address business problems. Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and users.
