Manager* QC (Compliance & Instrument)
As Manager QC (Compliance & Instrument) you will conduct and execute all QC Instrument related activities in the QC Department with respect of Compliance rules.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Create Scheduling for the required Calibration and Qualification activities
- Create Scheduling for the required Preventive Maintenance activities
- Execute the needed calibration, Qualification and maintenances
- Responsible for all documentation of the Calibration, Qualification (All Phases) and Maintenance activities
- Writing SOPs and work instructions of All Equipment in the QC
- Handling of external maintenances and repairs of QC Equipment
- Issue Deviations and change control as required
- Follow up and regular review of the Audit trails of the QC Equipment to ensure compliance with company rules and data integrity principles
- Responsible for the calculation & Ordering of the required reagents and consumables for Calibration and Qualification activities
- Usage and dealing with LIMIS system perfectly.( is Plus)
- To participate in training programs organized by the company or through the company
- Train all QC Personnel about Equipment handling and trouble shooting with appropriate proof and documentation
- To Follow the cGMP norms in the QC Laboratory
- Follow and respect all concepts of data integrity in all working steps
- Strictly follow and respect the SHE principles and wear all required PPEs within the laboratory
What you have to offer:
- Bachelor’s degree of pharmacy/Science/Engineering/Analytical Chemistry
- Experience with analytical Equipment (Handling and trouble shooting)
- Working in GMP environment (Pharmaceutical Company)
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good English communication
- Good Team working spirit
