Your contribution:
Design and execute studies to enhance our TCR platform, focusing on multiplexed TCR delivery meeting safety, efficacy, and scalability standards
Establish, optimize, and troubleshoot high-throughput workflows supporting discovery, screening, and validation activities
Drive innovation by adopting novel technologies and methodologies aligned with evolving scientific and clinical needs
Lead cross-site and cross-functional collaborations to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Mentor team members while fostering a high-performance culture and professional development
Communicate findings effectively through tailored presentations for executive and technical audiences
A good match:
PhD in Immunology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field with deep expertise in tumor immunology or TCR/neoantigen biology
Proficiency in immunological techniques such as T cell functional assays, FACS analysis, IncuCyte assays, and cell line engineering
Advanced computational skills (Python/R) with knowledge of AI/ML applications in immunology or experience collaborating with AI/ML teams
Strong organizational skills with meticulous experimental documentation
Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments while adapting to evolving priorities
Preferred requirements: experience with personalized immunotherapies or spatial biology approaches like spatial transcriptomics
US based candidates expected Pay Range: $113,600 - $181,600/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). *Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
