Research Intern, Shared Antigen T Cell Therapy 



  • Aseptic handling of primary cells and cell lines. Perform routine cell culture.
  • Conduct functional studies using primary T cells and cell lines.
  • Collaborate across teams to design and optimize T cell engineering protocols.
  • Conduct molecular assays like qPCR and ddPCR.
  • Ability to dive deep into data and published literature to consolidate relevant information to aid decision making.
  • Tracking and compiling results in an electronic notebook.
  • Consolidate research findings in a timely fashion and present at group meetings as appropriate.



  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Pursuing a BS in Immunology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field at an accredited university/college with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must have completed at least one year of study at an accredited university/college prior to internship commencing.
  • Must be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between June and September.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Must not be employed at the time the internship start.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior cell culture experience in a Biosafety Cabinet (BSC), is preferred. 
  • Prior experience in molecular biology is preferred.
  • Independent and flexible
  • Proactive, self-motivated and the ability to work well with others.
  • Conducts duties in an organized manner with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
