About the role:
As our Global Supply Chain Launch Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that BioNTech’s upcoming launch products are delivered to market with precision, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise will directly contribute to advancing our mission of revolutionizing healthcare through innovative solutions.
In this role, you will lead the development of a multi-year supply chain roadmap, foster collaboration with alliance partners, and drive governance structures for commercialization efforts. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping processes, readiness plans, and steering our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align with lifecycle management goals. Your contribution:
- Develop and execute a strategic multi-year supply chain roadmap for upcoming launch products
- Build strong collaboration and governance frameworks with alliance partners for ADC pipeline commercialization
- Create and implement effective launch processes and supply chain readiness plans in alignment with product lifecycle management, QA, and RA
- Actively manage and enhance the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Oversee Tech Transfers from a supply chain perspective for seamless product implementation
- Standardize global and local supply chain processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Advance drug shortage protocols and develop robust business continuity plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop the SCM launch and governance team
A good match:
- Proven track record in supporting and launching products within Supply Chain Management
- Extensive experience in commercial supply chain management for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), or mRNA vaccines
- Excellent project management skills to plan, lead, and complete complex projects effectively in dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Expected Pay Range: $168,100/year to $268,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). *Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
