Specialist* Patient Ops Logistics (individualized mRNA cancer vaccines) 

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Execute Patient Operations activities in global Phase I-III clinical trials
  • Demonstration and promotion of the company vision and value
  • Support the Patient Operations team in the achievement of company goals of the R&D program portfolio including risk-based decision-making and prioritization
  • Act as primary point of contact for sites of care through site onboarding, patient care, and escalations for the Patient Operations team
  • Accountable for executing and directing the scheduling process to oversee each patient’s end to end treatment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to successfully monitor and execute the treatment for each patient
  • Ability to adapt to executing both paper and digital system processes
  • Responsible for communicating process pains and opportunities for improvements
  • Work on internal documents as requested

 

What you have to offer.

  • Degree in supply chain management, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, or related discipline or engineer with understanding of clinical supply logistics
  • Relevant professional experience (usually <3 years) in Clinical Trial Supply Logistics Management in pharmaceutical or biotech industry setting
  • Demonstrated quality management experience
  • Proven track record of distribution of study drugs (set up and management) in global clinical trials up to Phase III
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience working in a call center environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic cross functional environment to continuously support patient schedules and Patient Operations responsibilities
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and self-motivation
  • Openness to explore on new topics for setting up the trend
