To achieve this goal ADCs and/or degraders will be prepared, evaluated in a battery of in vitro and in vivo assays, then based on results, improved therapeutics will be developed.
As a Chemistry Senior Scientist in the ADC Innovation Unit, you will help design and synthesize the payloads, linkers and linker-payloads required to prepare ADCs. You may also be involved in the conjugation step, attaching linker-payloads to antibodies. You will work closely with team members who have diverse backgrounds in Biology, Pharmacology and other disciplines. You will also prepare presentations for the team, and possibly for upper management, that will include progress updates and proposals for linker-payload improvements.
