Your Contibution:
The successful candidate will become part of a multidisciplinary ADC team supporting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) research programs. Responsibilities include working independently or collaboratively with team members to ensure the timely generation and characterization of ADCs. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and productive, with the ability to autonomously conduct a variety of experimental techniques and confidently present results to cross-functional teams.

 

A good match:

  • PhD Degree with 2+ years of experience, Master’s Degree with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience in a relevant field
  • Expertise in protein or antibody drug conjugation and characterization
  • Strong skills in protein expression, purification, and characterization
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture with both adherent and suspension cells, transient protein expression, and cell-based assays
  • Proficiency with AKTA and HPLC systems
  • Familiarity with filtration operations, including bench-scale dead-end filtration and TFF
  • Competence in protein-based assays such as ELISA and MSD is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and proactive communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a cross-functional team environment
  • Must be willing to work onsite at least four days a week
  •  

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferable but not mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with conjugation method development
  • Experience with site-specific conjugation or dual payload conjugations

 

 

Your benefits and remuneration:

 

Expected Pay Range: $99,100 - $158,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
