Domain Architect* Commercial
As a part of our Digital Commercial Team, you will support our vision to become a data driven pharmaceutical powerhouse. You will start in the German Team and drive as Domain Architect the strategy and implementation of our commercial solution architecture to enable our global commercial digital strategy. You will lead the Architecture Practice within Commercial and work closely together with our BioNTech Enterprise Architecture Community.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Translate overarching BNT enterprise architecture strategy (hub & spoke) into a domain concept for commercial incl. technical reflection of applicable architectural guidelines
• Take ownership to drive/guide architectural decisions within Commercial incl. analysis of process scenarios based on requirements of process/product Owners and system architects
• Define building blocks and their technical architecture to fulfill the identified requirements
• Update and maintain the key domain architecture deliverables and contribution towards the documentation and communication of architectures and concepts
• Identify new technologies and architectural enablers
• Exchange in BioNTech Architectural Community and work closely with Enterprise Architecture Management team to define architectural standards and guidelines for the company
What you have to offer.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect, Solution Architect or similar role ideally in a regulated domain like life science & pharmaceutical industry
• Expert knowledge of systems architecture concepts and ideally experience with development methodologies
• Passionate about technology and innovation in the area of MarTech, knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe technologies will be a plus
• Strong communication skills especially ability to conceive and articulate the architecture and technical solutions to various kind of (non-technical) stakeholders from different levels within the organization
• Out-of-the-Box thinker and very strong analytical and logical skills as well as operational/hands-on ability and strong project management skills
• Fluent in German and English
