Vice President, Global Head of Product Strategy

 

In this newly created strategic position you will lead all efforts within commercial operations to assist with the building of a commercial organization to launch and drive revenues for our whole oncology portfolio.

 

 

You will be responsible for the development of global brand plan (including measurable key performance indicators)

Lead global cross-functional go-to-market teams; Develop and execute an integrated global brand strategy and launch plan for several near-term and longer-term oncology programs as they advance.

Drive execution of global launch plans locally in all countries where BioNTech has or will develop a presence. Drive launch preparedness and launch readiness in affiliates and work closely with local market teams. Ensure local promotional materials consistency.

Build a team to support launches with dedicated brand leads and program managers.

Work closely with Global functions including pricing, market access and reimbursement and competitive analysis and revenue forecasting. Collaborate closely with global medical affairs, global clinical development, global regulatory, global manufacturing and regulatory affairs.

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 15 plus years of experience in commercial operations and strategy within the life sciences sector.

Organized, responsible and detail oriented. Capable of working independently and able to understand and incorporate legal guidance into work

Team player with a strongly positive, can-do attitude. High degree of personal ethics, integrity and accountability.

Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, exercise sound business judgment with critical thinking skills and thrive in fast-paced / high volume
