Senior Director, Oncology Medical Affairs (onsite/hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Director, Oncology Medical Affairs to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of medical affairs strategies for our oncology portfolio. This role requires oncology commercial launch experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute medical affairs strategies for our oncology portfolio
- Provide medical and scientific expertise to cross-functional teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, commercial, and market access
- Lead the development and execution of medical education programs and materials for healthcare providers
- Serve as a key medical spokesperson for our oncology portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies, patient advocacy groups in oncology
- Provide medical input into clinical development plans and study protocols
- Participate in the development of publications, including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Advanced Scientific degree is required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical affairs in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Launch experience is required
- Strong understanding of oncology and the current treatment landscape
- Experience with Endometrial / Breast cancers or Lung / GI oncology indications is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with developing and executing medical education programs and materials
- Experience with publications development, including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
*Expected Pay Range: $320,000/year to $379,000/year + annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance)
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
