About the Role:
As Senior Director of Global Market Access for Oncology Thoracic Antibodies and ADCs at BioNTech, you will drive strategies that optimize patient access to innovative cancer therapies. Leading efforts for our Antibody and ADC platforms across multiple tumor types, your work will directly contribute to advancing our mission to improve global health through science and innovation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape pricing strategies and evidence generation while influencing clinical development and commercialization plans. Your Contribution:
Develop global market access strategies for antibodies, ADCs, and novel-novel combinations across Women’s and Colorectal tumor types.
Collaborate with Global Pricing Leads, Policy, and HEOR colleagues to integrate value-driven strategies within the GVAPP framework.
Provide key market access insights to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with patient-centric goals in clinical development programs.
Oversee market research projects and lead value assessments to inform strategic decision-making for commercialization efforts.
Define pricing requirements while influencing evidence generation strategies to support HTA valuation and reimbursement processes globally.
Partner with policy teams to develop innovative approaches that shape healthcare environments for optimized patient access.
A Good Match:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or relevant field) preferred.
12 plus years of experience in global market access and pricing within pharmaceutical/biotech sectors with proven launch expertise.
Deep knowledge of global pricing, HTA processes, clinical development strategies, and payer organization methods worldwide.
Experience engaging HTA bodies in early scientific advice to inform trial designs effectively.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
Motivated team leader with a track record of building market access capabilities while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
US based candidates expected Pay Range: $198,900 to $318,300/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). *Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
