Global Head Analytics, Insights and Predictive Modeling 

Gen AI is set to transform nearly every aspect of the Life Sciences industry. In possibilities are endless and the potential impact significant; insights generation, content generation, and HCP and patient interactions are just early examples where Gen AI can have a huge impact.

This position is charged to build a leading capability leveraging Gen AI to support commercialization success. Generating strategic and analytical insights, integrating these into the business and translating these into impactful decision making and actions and provide predictive modeling to optimize next steps as well as building a best in class forecasting capability are key deliverables.

What you have to offer. 

• Build and lead a team to leverage Gen AI to generate strategic and analytical insights for the entire portfolio that will lead to improved decision making, optimization of commercialization models and tactics and efficiencies.
• Accountable for conducting market research, advanced analytics & forecasting to inform business planning and execution.
• Accountable for integrated analysis and insights based on various market dynamics by leveraging primary & secondary sources and methodologies.  
• Generating market insights to inform long term commercial strategy.
• Partner with Commercial Global team to plan and execute key insight generation initiatives and drive key implications for the brand(s) and the portfolio.
• Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating forecast models to inform financial planning. Lead discussions to formulate key assumptions and ensure alignment with commercial teams.
• Proactively propose analytical solutions to business problems and come up with new data driven ideas.
• Apply customer insight analytics to create successful business outcomes and fuel growth by leveraging traditional, digital and emerging methodologies.
• Collaborate laterally with all key stakeholders within commercial organization and build close connection with marketing teams. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10 plus years insights and analytics experience preferably with additional customer facing experience and/or field operations experience.  Pharmaceutical analytics and/or consulting experience.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, environment, with a focus on delivering high quality forecasting, analytics, insights, reporting IC calculation and sales force effectiveness.
•  Experience with pharmaceutical data, CRM data and digital analytics Innate intellectual curiosity demonstrated desire to take initiative and ability to think creatively to solve problems. 
• Project management skills and quantitative analysis skills
