Associate Director, Commercial Operations

Position Summary: Drive cross-functional launch readiness, support strategic portfolio level initiatives, optimize marketing operations, and build / adopt commercial capabilities within US.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead US market specific cross-functional launch readiness meetings, track risks, and manage cross-functional partners
  • Develop and update US market specific launch planning and tracking tools to drive commercialization of the portfolio across the company
  • Closely collaborate with US Commercial leadership and support strategic cross-functional initiatives
  • Drive operational alignment, enablement, execution excellence and continuous improvement of commercial operations across brands, disease areas and launches
  • Support key country-level initiatives for the US GM, in collaboration with Commercial Operations Director and other US functions / business partners
  • Identify, communicate, plan, direct and / or lead designated commercial operations services and ensure operational efficiency across different cross functional areas
  • Oversee critical initiatives to drive excellence in our culture, operations and ways of working.
  • Support investor relations process by providing US specific input in collaboration with cross functional partners

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, or Life Sciences.
  • Life sciences, biotech, or pharma company professional with 6 plus years of experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent organization, analytical & communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and changing priorities, multitask, and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and driven, enthusiastic to collaborate across Commercial Team and other departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Expert in utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint.
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required.
